(NASHVILLE, TN – June 12, 2025) — RockForce, the trusted team setting the stage for the greatest moments in live entertainment, today announced the expansion of its operations with the opening of a new Nashville office—further strengthening its presence in one of the industry's most dynamic markets.

The Nashville office is home to key leadership and operations roles, including Executive Vice President of Business Development Jeremy Young, a new Vice President of Operations, as well as RockForce companies The Production Collective and Collective Payroll. This expansion reinforces RockForce’s long-term commitment to supporting the region’s vibrant production landscape with scalable workforce and event management solutions.

“As we continue to grow our national footprint, having a dedicated team in Nashville enhances our ability to serve clients with speed, flexibility, and deep market knowledge,” said Bob McClintock, CEO of RockForce. “Jeremy’s leadership, along with our expanded local presence, positions us to build even stronger partnerships across the live entertainment community.”

With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Young brings a diverse background spanning artist management, full-scale touring, production oversight, and commercial leadership. He began his career at SFX/Clear Channel Entertainment and later toured with artists including Maroon 5, Gavin DeGraw, and All-American Rejects. He went on to manage DeGraw’s career through Vector Management / Live Nation, later leading national sales for CAPS/Cast & Crew before recently joining RockForce.

In this role, Young will oversee commercial growth, client relations, and strategic partnerships, helping to drive the company’s continued expansion across North America.

“RockForce is experiencing meaningful and sustainable growth, and I’m thrilled to be part of it,” said Young. “I’ve seen firsthand how essential great crews and smart planning are to every successful show. The RockForce team shares that same commitment to excellence, and I’m excited to help drive our next chapter.”

RockForce was formed through the integration of nine respected companies and now delivers comprehensive workforce and production solutions across North America. Services include skilled union and non-union labor sourcing, event and production management, rigging expertise, payroll, and integrated technology tools. The company supports a wide range of live experiences, including concerts, festivals, major sporting events, award shows, live broadcasts, and corporate activations.

In addition to establishing operations in Nashville, RockForce is already supporting high-profile events and venues in-market and across the region, with more strategic partnerships in development for 2025 and beyond, including Rock Nashville (sister campus to Rock Lititz), set to open in Fall 2025.
