David Bernstein

Founder & Executive Chairman

David Bernstein brings over 35 years of experience in freight forwarding and live event services. As President & CEO of Rock-it Cargo, he grew the company from $15M to over $250M in sales. In 2014, he founded Rock Solid Holdings and expanded into live event production with the acquisition of TAIT Towers. A former part-owner of the music management firm that launched the Dixie Chicks, Bernstein has also owned three air charter companies and built Showpower into the largest portable power provider in live entertainment before selling it to GE.

Shawn Worlow

Co-President

Shawn Worlow has spent more than 25 years producing large-scale live events that blend creative vision with flawless technical execution. As founder and president of The Production Collective, he has led end-to-end production for major festivals, tours, and broadcast events, including

the NFL Draft, Dreamville Festival, and the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. Within RockForce, Shawn brings a producer’s mindset to complex operations—bridging creative intent with logistical precision to ensure every event delivers at the highest standard.

Chris Schuman

Co-President

With over two decades in large-scale production and site operations, Chris Schuman brings deep practical experience to the execution side of RockForce. As former President of James Thomas Productions, he has led crews through some of the most complex staging, rigging, and infrastructure builds in sports & live entertainment. Chris oversees field operations nationwide, ensuring crews, systems, and schedules align with the precision required at stadium scale. His approach blends technical expertise with the efficiency that keeps massive productions running safely and on time.
